Choosing the Right Gluten Free Flour

For gluten-free recipes, I like to use either King Arthur’s Measure for Measure Gluten Free Flour or Cup 4 Cup’s Gluten Free Flour. Both will work well for this recipe, and you can find them online or in your local grocery store.

For gluten free oats, I prefer Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Oats.

Mixing It Up

This recipe is super versatile! I include a mix of blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries in my recipe. If you don’t have one of these berries, just substitute it with something else! You could use strawberries, cherries, elderberries, apples, peaches, or pears (the bake time might just change a bit in order for the fruit to fully soften.)

Don’t forget to pin it!
